Taysia Blue Rescue officially began in May 2010 – saving the lives of Siberian Huskies & Alaskan Malamutes. The goal was to save 8-10 lives a year, but to their surprise, they were able to save 47 lives in their first year. Averaging 100 lives a year for their first years, they are now on target in 2019 to save 200 lives! They aspire to be the best all-volunteer rescue organization they can be.
