Lake City Humane Society’s vision is to become the leading animal advocate in Florida, by creating a community in which all animals are free from abuse, hunger, fear, loneliness, and to eliminate the need to euthanize dogs and cats as a means of population control. In addition to their vision, Lake City Humane Society strives to educate those in Florida about natural disasters and how to prepare a plan for pets when disaster strikes to ensure maximum safety.
