Tell us how the transport came together?
Wanting to do more for rescues I came upon the transport opportunity. I joined doobert and watch for Tripp’s in my area and once was contacted to see if I could pick up a leg nearby.
Were there any memorable moments from this transport?
Poo parlor galore but working as a team we cleaned all 9 puppies up at transfer and we were in our way.
What could have made this transport better?
Communicating with other drivers and organizer before and during. Found my info was not entered so I was unaware of how the trip was progressing. Fixed that night by someone coordinating or monitoring the trip. Much better and lots of fun watching the whole trip.
Tell us about your passenger/s (behavior, demeanor, etc)?
One bully puppy after the runt but with 2 crates we were able to separate.
Why did you take this transport, what compelled you to help?
Wanted to try doing transport.
