Get more sales by acting fast! | How to view your active orders in the Rescue Store?

In Doobert, you can run your own e-commerce store! Sell your own pet-related products while also purchasing from other organizations.

People can easily visit your store and buy your products to show their support for making the world a better place for animals in need. Once your Rescue Store is all set up, let’s proceed to the most exciting part: getting orders! 

 

To view and manage orders you received, just follow these steps.

 

Step 1: On your Organization Dashboard, click the More tab then click Shortcuts.

Step 2: Select Rescue Store, and select View Orders

This will redirect you to the New Orders page where you can see all orders to manage.

Step 3: You have the option to view the order details or mark it as completed. 

Step 4: When viewing the orders, you can see your customer’s billing and shipping address, their contact information, and the item they ordered. 

Step 5: You can also manage the order status by clicking Shipped, Refund, or Cancelled.
