New Episodes Weekly

Jordan Craig
Chief Operating Officer
Jordan Craig started her career on the overnight shift at a municipal shelter, cleaning kennels and asking big questions about how to do things better. More than 15 years later, she now serves as Chief Operating Officer of Operation Kindness, a 50-year-old organization that impacted over 80,000 pets last year through adoptions, medical support, and community programs across Texas.

Samantha Shelton
Founder & CEO
Samantha Shelton’s journey into animal welfare began when a mother cat and her kittens appeared in her backyard — a moment that changed her life. Twenty-four years later, she leads Furkids Animal Rescue & Shelters, now the largest no-kill animal shelter in Georgia, serving thousands of animals each year through adoption, medical care, and innovative community programs.

Erika Oguro
Founder & Executive Director
Erika Oguro founded the Japan Animal Shelter Alliance to translate and share critical shelter medicine guidelines, and is now developing Japan-specific shelter management software to improve data tracking and operations. Erika’s mission is simple: elevate animal welfare standards in Japan through education, innovation, and collaboration.

Mike Keiley
Vice President of Animal Protection Division
Mike Keiley began his journey in animal welfare as a teenage volunteer dog walker — and more than 30 years later, he now leads the Animal Protection Division at MSPCA-Angell in Massachusetts. Under his leadership, the organization operates multiple shelter locations, humane law enforcement, community outreach programs, and one of the largest spay/neuter networks in New England.
