Happy 4th Birthday Doobert

It’s hard to imagine that Doobert.com has been up and functioning for 4 years now.  Launched at the HSUS Expo back in 2014, Doobert initially started out with ZERO volunteers and ZERO organizations.  Over the last four years the software has evolved, developed new features and capabilities, and blossomed to now support 19,000+ volunteers and 700+ organizations across the U.S. and Canada.  Over the years the passionate organizations and volunteers have used the Doobert platform to safely transport over 5,000+ animals.

Doobert was a loving soul who shared his joy for life with both people and animals that he encountered.  I cannot think of a more fitting tribute than to have his namesake continue to grow and expand and support passionate volunteers and professionals working together to save more animals.

I know that someday I will be reunited with Doobert at the Rainbow Bridge.  I can already hear his bellowing meow sounding an echo location so I can find him among the animal souls and I can already feel his warmth, and his love for everyone deep in my soul.

Those of us supporting Doobert are very proud to support you.  We appreciate all of the good that you do for animals and each other and we look forward to supporting you for many years to come.
