How to Start A Fundraiser
Step 1: On your Organization Dashboard, click on the More tab
Step 2: Click the Fundraiser tile then Create Fundraiser
Step 3: Click Select under Collect Funds
Step 4: Provide the fundraiser details
Enter the title that you want to show up on your fundraiser page, your custom URL, and a description of the fundraiser.
Next, provide the breakdown of the amount you’re trying to raise and upload the photos and videos you want to show on your fundraiser page.
Lastly, enter your PayPal email and click Continue.
Step 6: Design your fundraiser page
You can choose to select from premade templates or customize your own.
For the premade templates, simply click Select below the design that you want and you’ll be good to go.
If you choose to customize your fundraiser page, you’ll have the option to choose from different colors, backgrounds, and font pairings.
Step 7: Publish your Fundraiser Page
After customizing your Fundraiser Page, you can go ahead and publish it or save it to draft to be posted at a later time.
Once your fundraiser page is published, you’ll be able to monitor the general amount you raise as well as track the amount that donors give toward a specific fund.
People that visit the page will also be able to view your organization’s public Doobert profile.
