Filter Tasks by Assigned To and Open Cases Without Losing Your Place

The Tasks list has two additions: a new Assigned To filter, and a button that opens a case in a new tab so you don’t have to leave the list.

What’s new

Assigned To filter

You can now filter the Tasks list by who a task is assigned to. The Assigned To filter sits alongside Case Name/Number, Filter By, and Due Date.

Previously, there was no way to filter tasks by assignee.

Open a case in a new tab

Each task row now has a second button next to View in the Actions column. It opens the case in a new tab, so the Tasks list stays right where you left it.

Previously, clicking View replaced the whole list with the case page, and you lost your spot.

Why it matters

Staff can find their own tasks faster, and they no longer lose their place in a long task list just to check a case.

  2. In the Actions column, find the second button next to View.
