My fellow Doobert volunteer and friend, Patti, met Debbie H right on time In Atlanta and immediately fell in love with Chloe and Shipley. She was full of energy as fully enjoyed her exercise time between her legs. Shipley was a concern as he didn’t pee at all for us or the prior leg. Chloe sat with Patti because the crate seemed small for both pups. She snuggled up in Patti’s arms and fell asleep immediately while Shipley was able to stretch out in the crate.
Were there any memorable moments from this transport?
Best moment was when we got to Greensville and Shipley finally decided to empty his bladder which must be the size of a camel as it took a long time for him to finish!!!
What could have made this transport better?
All went well. Nice meeting Debbie in Atlanta and nice meeting Rick Herring again in Greensville
Tell us about your passenger/s (behavior, demeanor, etc)?
Chloe and Shipley are two sweet puppies. Chloe has the cutest ears – each going in a different direction.
Why did you take this transport, what compelled you to help?
It’s an easy drive from Atlanta to Greensboro and a great way to spend time with a friend and be part of helping the precious pups furever homes.
