Having multiple foster volunteers under your organization, it is also likely that you get a lot of requests for them to take care of your animals efficiently. It may be to request additional pet food, medical supplies, and more. Now, you can handle all these requests effortlessly with Fosterspace’s ticketing feature!
Step 1: On your organization dashboard, click ‘Fosterspace’ on the left tab then ‘Dashboard’
You can view all tickets submitted by foster volunteers in the upper right quadrant, the Tickets Quadrant.
Step 2: To view more information on the unresolved tickets, click the eye icon on the left side of the quadrant
Step 3: Type in the reply in the textbox and click on ‘Reply’.
Once successfully sent, you will see a pop-up prompt that the volunteer has received your message.
Now you will notice that the ticket that we recently replied to is no longer in the ticket quadrant. Only messages with no replies yet will be queued in it.
You can also create a ticket for other fosters to see. We walk you through the steps below!
Step 1: Click the plus button in the upper right corner of the Tickets Quadrant.
Step 2: On the pop-up screen, type in the necessary information such as the foster or animal name, the ticket type you are requesting, and more details about your request.
Step 3: Click ‘Create’ and it will now show in the Ticket Quadrant.
And that’s it! Now you can get things more done with the ticketing feature!
