She’s the reason. Velma was an angel. Even though she was obviously nervous separating from her Foster Family, she gave me kisses and just wanted to near me. Which led to her getting hooked in the back , where she could look out and get a pet without the danger of Highway Patrol intervention. Doing whats right for everybody and everything.
